- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For our international customers:
- Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations
Our Magical Returns & Exchanges Promise
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Recordable Storybooks (for hygiene reasons once opened)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Opened food or beverage-related products from our Barware & Wine Tools or Drinkware collections
- Collectible Figurines with damaged certificates of authenticity

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 business days, our elves will send you:
- A return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (address and carrier information)
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package items securely in their original packaging when possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
- Not writing directly on manufacturer’s boxes (use an outer shipping box)
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your magical gift arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll typically send a replacement immediately (no return needed)
International Returns
For our international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
